FUNERAL FEE SCHEDULE & REFUND POLICY

STATEMENT OF FEES 

Standard fee for service for end of life celebrations (funerals, wakes and the like) is $60 per hour.
(The standard funeral celebrant fee totals around $600.)

*Travel to the meetings and service is included in these amounts for 20km each way. Extra travel charges are $1 per additional kilometre. A deposit of $100 is payable as booking confirmation (following initial meetings for suitability). The final balance is due one week before the ceremony. 

REFUND POLICY

All payments are receipted and recorded. Payments received in advance for services not yet rendered will be refunded upon written request no later than 7 days prior to the ceremony, however initial deposit is not-refundable once work has commenced. 

PRIVACY POLICY

In accordance with Code of Practice and the nature of celebrant's personal and professional ethics, the privacy and confidentiality of all clients are respected. Records are maintained in a secure environment – hard copies under lock and key, electronic files by personal computer with password protection. Any files that are no longer required are shredded and any personal documents to be sent to the Registrar are either done in person by the celebrant or by registered post. Discussion of any ceremony details is only with the immediate parties unless otherwise permitted.
